Nice to meet you!
Our therapists bring experience, heart, and a thoughtful approach to care. We work collaboratively to support individuals, couples, and families in ways that feel personal, steady, and meaningful.
Stephanie Munro, LPC and Clinical Supervisor
Hi there—I’m a non-traditional, actual human kind of therapist who blends clinical skills with humor, humanity, and a direct approach. If you’re ready to dig in and do the work, I’ve got you! My lived experience includes endometriosis, infertility, being a foster parent, mama to a child with Type One Diabetes, and walking alongside a spouse who survived cancer (twice). I also bring years of experience in education and executive leadership. I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach with CBT, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, EMDR, IFS, mindfulness, and Enneagram work (if you’re into that).

Collin Hill, LAC
I work with teens, young adults, and middle-aged adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, identity questions, and life changes. I welcome LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients of all backgrounds and diagnoses. Many people I see feel overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by past experiences. You may want relief from symptoms, stronger relationships, better coping skills, or a clearer sense of who you are and where you’re headed.

Janessa Goudeau, Masters Level Intern Clinician
In therapy with me, you can expect warmth, honesty, and a nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to perform or always be the “strong one.” I bring humor, real talk, and a down-to-earth approach because therapy is already vulnerable and shouldn’t feel cold or clinical. I work with kids and adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, trauma, self-esteem, boundaries, and major life transitions. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) within a person-centered framework. This means therapy moves at your pace and focuses on your goals, while recognizing that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, help you unpack what’s weighing you down, and support you in building a life that feels grounded and aligned with who you want to be.

Cailyn Bray, Masters Level Social Work Intern
Hi, I’m a social work intern currently completing my graduate training at the University of Texas at Arlington. I support individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, stress, and the emotional weight that can come from trying to hold it all together while struggling internally.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe to slow down, explore what has been weighing on you, and show up fully as yourself without judgment. My goal is to meet clients where they are, help them build insight and practical coping tools, and support them as they move toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding.

Kim Sackett, Certified Life Coach
I am a Transformational Life Coach who works with people navigating personal growth, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, self-worth, and relationship challenges.
My approach is warm and grounded, centered on helping people reconnect with themselves through greater awareness of mind and body. I believe the patterns people get stuck in are often shaped years earlier by long-held beliefs, protective behaviors, and the ways they learned to move through the world.
Through coaching, I help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier boundaries, and aligned action. My work draws on mindset, self-inquiry, mindfulness, mind-body awareness, gentle accountability, and honest reflection, with a focus on creating practical and lasting change.
At the heart of my work is helping people build a stronger relationship with themselves so they can move through life with greater awareness, intention, and self-trust.

Ryleigh Smith, Masters Level Intern Clinician
Hi, I’m Ryleigh Smith, a Master’s Level Intern in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. I am passionate about creating a calming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel safe to share what has been weighing on them. I believe therapy should be a comforting experience that allows clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
My goal is to walk alongside clients as they develop healthy coping strategies, gain greater self-awareness, and build the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. I strive to provide compassionate, person-centered care that encourages growth, healing, and emotional well-being at a pace that feels comfortable for each individual. Whether someone is experiencing stress, anxiety, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I aim to offer a space where they can feel supported and encouraged every step of the way.

Renee VanAusdal, Masters Level Intern Clinician
Hello! I am a clinical intern through Arizona State University, where I am completing my Master of Counseling. I come from a background of studying literature, film, art, and philosophy, and it’s a hard habit to break, finding beauty and meaning in life shifts and transitions. I use an integrative, client-centered Narrative Therapy approach to exploring patterns and experiences that may be influencing current challenges. We examine inherited stories and systemic context, deconstructing what is no longer useful in becoming the author of your own story. We also build skills and insight through empathy-driven Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, play therapy, and family systems. My personal heroes are Mister Rogers and Jim Henson, and I believe therapy can reflect their non-judgemental discovery through self-compassion, imaginative play, and the recognition of inevitability, complexity, and occasionally, absurdity.
